Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Public Speaking Coaching with Raviesh Agarwal
1. Agreement:
  • This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for 1:1 online public speaking coaching sessions provided by Raviesh Agarwal.
  • By enrolling in the coaching program, the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Services:
  • Raviesh Agarwal will provide personalized coaching sessions to the Client, focusing on public speaking skills, techniques, and strategies.
  • The number and duration of sessions will be determined in advance and outlined in the coaching package purchased by the Client.
  • The coaching sessions will be conducted online via video conferencing platforms.
3. Client Obligations:
  • The Client agrees to participate actively in the coaching sessions and complete any assigned tasks or exercises.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment during the sessions.
  • The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the content and materials shared during the coaching sessions.
4. Intellectual Property:
  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the coaching materials, techniques, and strategies provided by Raviesh Agarwal, shall remain the exclusive property of Raviesh Agarwal.
  • The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the coaching materials or techniques without the prior written consent of Raviesh Agarwal.
  • The Client acknowledges that unauthorized use of the coaching materials may constitute copyright infringement and other legal violations.
5. Confidentiality:
  • Both Raviesh Agarwal and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or confidential information shared during the coaching sessions.
  • This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • The Client may reschedule the coaching session 2 days before the aligned date. This can be only done twice during the program
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, Raviesh Agarwal may reschedule or cancel a session, and the Client will be notified in advance.
  • No Refunds are provided once the client sign up, but can reschdule or defer as to when the client may be willing to commence the program
7. Governing Law:
  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [New Delhi, India].
By enrolling in the coaching program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
